Robots & Pencils is growing, and we're looking for dynamic client partners. We help clients achieve real outcomes through cloud-native infrastructure, human-centered design, and pragmatic AI, and now we need more leaders to take Robots & Pencils to the next level.

What you'll do

  • Own a portfolio of clients with responsibility for client P&Ls, client success, client delivery, and set multi-year client strategy; meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and deepen C-suite relationships, serving as executive sponsor and trusted advisor across accounts.
  • Represent R&P at client and industry forums, elevating market presence and thought leadership.
  • Win complex, high-value deals through strategic negotiation; shape offerings and pricing to unlock growth.
  • Oversee delivery strategy across all accounts in your portfolio; align outcomes to long-term client goals.
  • Resolve critical escalations with minimal disruption; drive portfolio-wide delivery innovation and best practices.
  • Shape go-to-market with Sales & Marketing, including pipeline planning, forecasting, resourcing, and multi-year growth plans.
  • Mentor Associate Partners and Directors, building leadership pipelines and scalable mentorship frameworks.
  • Create cross-vertical offerings and contribute to the firm's innovation roadmap and delivery standards.

What we're looking for

  • 15+ years in consulting/digital/technology services, including senior ownership of enterprise portfolios or verticals with P&L accountability.
  • Proven record of multi-million-dollar growth, complex deal wins, and sustaining executive (VP/C-suite) relationships.
  • Depth in digital product, cloud, data/AI, and experience design, translating technology into measurable business outcomes.
  • Operational mastery across forecasting, pricing, utilization, and margin management.
  • Success leading globally distributed delivery (onshore/offshore) and shaping delivery practices at scale.
  • Demonstrated market presence (speaking, publishing, alliances) that builds external visibility for the firm.
  • Flexibility for regular travel.
  • MBA and/or certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe) are a plus—impact and outcomes matter most.
