Requirements:

Job Title: Client Partner (Media)

Location: New York

Role Description: The role will be part of the account sales team for a strategic account. The associate digital client partner will be responsible for new business development and growing existing customer relationships within an existing account.

What will you do:

Develop strong, trusted, and advisory relationships with CIO, MDs, VPs and Director levels, with Business and IT within a trusted customer account. Execute on Sonata's existing account growth strategy. Sell company's portfolio of services (Upsell and Cross sell) – Digital transformation, Data and AI, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure management services, and Digital Marketing.

Ideal experience:

5-10 years of IT services account management experience Track record of building relationships and growing existing accounts Identify, develop, nurture, and grow C-level relationships. Cross selling and upselling multiple service lines and capabilities. Digital technology experience is a plus. Creating, communicating, and executing strategic account plans incorporating account marketing. Experience of working in a global multi-cultural delivery model organization.
