  • Should necessarily have managed at least a 25 M USD account as a Client Partner. Should be based in the US. Should have the ability to articulate the business value beyond the SLA performance Ability to manage customers in difficult circumstances prioritizing both customer priorities and TCS priorities at the fore front Hands on delivery experience across ADM, IT IS, All Hyper scalers & Corporate functions [CBO BPS , F&A, HR value cycles] Experience in ensuring account adherence to various org level compliance & policy aspects
  • Experiencing in understanding the customer priorities and create business value generation and contributing Topline and bottom-line.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage Sales & Delivery for a large strategic multi geographic account to ensure revenue growth, margins, customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction.
  • P&L ownership to drive both top line and bottom line as for the AOP.
  • Proactive opportunity generation based on the ISU and customer priorities and emerging industry trends
  • Business Value driven cross sell and up sell across the C suite [CIO, CTO, CPO, CDO, COO, CFO & CHRO]. Experienced in positioning TCS' offering to generate demand beyond the obvious demand
  • Ensure customer priorities and create business value generation and contributing Topline and bottom-line.
  • Inspire team to perform to the potential, leading by example
  • Identify and assign talent based on role fitment
  • Provide career growth opportunities & Key role succession planning
  • Ability to plan demand as part of AOP and QoQ basis.
  • Experience in creating workforce plans and building Talent plan.
