Job description

Client Partner

As a Client Partner you will represent NaviStone as a strategic partner with the focus of maintaining, growing, and retaining our clients – while also supporting a key partner relationship. If you are Customer-Focused, Analytical, and motivated by Problem Solving and Learning, this may be the role for you!

What You'll Do
  • You will establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with 20-40 client accounts.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining, growing and reactivating your book of business.
  • You will accurately forecast and track client revenue and growth on a weekly basis.
  • You can use our real time data to proactively provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to execute marketing strategies.
  • You will develop strategies and account plans to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • You will use your presentation skills during regular in person and virtual meetings and quarterly business reviews with the client, as the face of NaviStone.
  • You will also work with new clients, testing NaviStone products to ensure results meet or exceed expectations.
What You Will Need to Succeed
  • You have 2 - 3 years of experience as a Client Partner, Customer Success Manager, Partnership Manager and/or Campaign Manager
  • You have direct experience with a data aggregator, digital or social advertising, or direct mail
  • You ideally have B2B enterprise experience within the home décor, home services, beauty/wellness, online retail, apparel, travel or adjacent verticals.
  • You have forecasting experience
  • You are an analytical and data-driven problem solver
  • You have experience with a CRM platform, such as HubSpot
  • You have strong Microsoft Office Skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have a demonstrated relationship building and presentation skills
  • You are motivated by a collaborative work environment
  • You have exceptional organization skills
  • You can travel up to 2 times per quarter for client visits
