What you will be doing Client Partner Senior Lead is a relationship-focused seller who excels as an analytical consultant, storyteller and negotiator. They are responsible for developing and growing their book of business by providing a best-in-class, data-driven partnership with an emphasis on creating an omni-experience for shoppers and brands alike. Client Partner Sr. Leads will do so by establishing and fostering partnerships with merchandizing partners, 3P vendors (Criteo, Neptune, Advantage, etc.) and by cultivating deeper relationships with key decision makers within their accounts. Client Partner Sr. Leads will provide holistic support for accounts from upfront MSA/T&C negotiations, annual planning strategy, JBP (+)/QBR/T2T support and more. The position is in the office 2 days per week when not meeting with clients. Primary location will be based out of our offices in: Pleasanton CA, Fullerton CA, Boise ID, Itasca IL or NYC.

Main responsibilities Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding annual sales targets through strategic development and expansion of CPG partnerships. Own a portfolio of assigned accounts, leading the full sales cycle from prospect identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution. Build long-term, strategic client relationships that extend beyond RFP responses, including annual planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Top-to-Top (T2T) meetings, and business development initiatives. Partner closely with Merchandising teams to develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs), category growth strategies, innovation plans, and winning customer programs. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by developing deep expertise in their business objectives and creating customized omni-channel retail media solutions that deliver measurable results. Generate demand through proactive prospecting, strategic selling, and effective program management while establishing clear KPIs aligned to client business goals. Leverage data, insights, and industry intelligence from multiple sources to develop compelling client narratives, identify opportunities, and optimize campaign performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives and cultivate strong partnerships across sales, account management, client success, merchandising, agencies, brands, shopper marketing, and e-commerce teams. Mentor and develop Client Partners, Client Success, and other cross-functional team members while serving as a recognized leader and subject matter expert within the organization. Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline management, monitor key performance metrics (win rates, deal progression, sales cycle effectiveness), identify product enhancement opportunities, and stay current on retail media industry trends. Travel as needed to support client relationships and business growth initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following: 7 plus years of sales/retail/media experience Thought leader in digital advertising and retail media Proven ability to meet/exceed quota, track revenue and grow accounts Track record of success with complex media programs, developing omnichannel programs leveraging multi-faceted product suites that focus on clients business challenges and seeks to create long term client partnership Demonstrates strong presentation skills with ability to prep and present based on audience including C-Suite Proven ability to foster deep partnership with merchandizing leaders
