Job description

The Client Partner is responsible for maximizing revenue growth within existing client accounts by developing and deepening relationships, expanding service offerings, and identifying new opportunities across business units. This role owns the account-level revenue strategy, executes growth plans, and drives cross-sell and upsell initiatives through organizational mapping, client meetings, pipeline development, and consultative selling.
The Client Partner works closely with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure strong delivery, identify expansion opportunities tied to program performance, and address risks that could impact revenue. This role leads quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with a focus on value realization, spend growth, solution mix expansion, and long-term account planning.
Success is measured by revenue growth, market share, solution revenue mix, and fill rate.
Core Responsibilities
Account Strategy & Growth
  • Generating new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Develop and execute account sales strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Lead organizational mapping to deepen understanding of client structure, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Conduct account planning and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance of account health.
  • Represent and bring visibility to global opportunities across the organization.
  • Identification and pursuit of opportunities across Talent, Teams, and Project solutions

Client Relationships
  • Own the client relationship, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Regularly conducts client meetings with existing and new contacts, both strategic and tactical to maintain alignment and build rapport.

Delivery Partnership & Issue Resolution
  • Partner with Account Managers and Recruiting to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Resolve delivery issues and escalate strategic matters as needed.
  • Ensures delivery teams are aligned with client expectations and that service quality remains high.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years professional experience, with at least 5 years in account management or sales in staffing & professional services industry
  • Experience managing and expanding revenue within Fortune 500 enterprise accounts
  • Must have experience selling Statement of Work (SOW) solutions
  • Experience working within formal contingent workforce programs

The pay range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $200,000 per year base salary, with total compensation targets ranging from $175,000 to $325,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range, actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individual's work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training, internal equity among the team, and applicable employment laws.
