Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow relationships with clients in the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, drive account growth, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage strategic client relationships within the BFSI industry.
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Understand client business goals, challenges, and market trends in BFSI.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to develop tailored offerings.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals.
