**About the Role**As a Client Partner you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with CPG brands. You will lead the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of an expanding suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.You will provide thoughtful insights-driven solutions for leaders across retail media, ecommerce, trade and brand marketing teams & their agency partners. You will proactively own sales targets and report on business performance metrics.**What You'll Do**- Develop and execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your CPG partners' needs and exceed quarterly growth goals- Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and build trusted partner conversations.- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs.- Expand ads product adoption

Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offering- Drive product adoption, and a deeper brand penetration across Top CPG partners.**Basic Qualifications**- 4+ years' experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales- Experience selling ads solutions to large, complex enterprise CPG brands and organizations- Knowledge of Programmatic Ad buys**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience selling into large CPG brands, with a specific focus on digital advertising- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills- Creative storytelling experience with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers- Strong leadership ability- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity- Ability to use AI tools to drive efficiencyFor Canada-based roles: Uber may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruiting process; however, Uber employees make the ultimate selection and hiring decisions.This advertisement relates to a current, existing vacancy.For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD$99,000 per year - CAD$110,000 per year.You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, sales bonuses & other types of comp.
