You will be the trusted day-to-day contact, ensuring meticulous planning, vigilant oversight, and timely delivery of high-quality assets that meet the rigorous standards of the pharma industry. Your ability to navigate intricate project elements, manage diverse stakeholders, and proactively solve challenges will be key to our clients' success and our continued growth.
Your mandate is to contribute to outstanding client satisfaction, ensuring successful project outcomes, fostering long-term client collaborations, and upholding WPP Production's reputation for excellence in the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector.

Client & Agency Partner Relationship Management:
  • Trusted Advisor:Serve as the main communication link with clients and their creative agency partners. This includes regularly attending client meetings and kick-offs, coordinating hand-offs, and providing proactive updates on project considerations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Problem Resolution:Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating potential issues with milestones or deliverables and swiftly identifying solutions or escalating as needed to senior management.
  • Partner and Champion:Work to leverage WPP Production capabilities, aligning tactical prioritization and project execution with Client's priorities and strategic marketing goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
