As a Client Partner at WPP Production Health Studios, you are the crucial link between our dedicated pharmaceutical clients, their agency partners, and our production hubs. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will own the end-to-end coordination, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-channel content and production projects.
You will be the trusted day-to-day contact, ensuring meticulous planning, vigilant oversight, and timely delivery of high-quality assets that meet the rigorous standards of the pharma industry. Your ability to navigate intricate project elements, manage diverse stakeholders, and proactively solve challenges will be key to our clients' success and our continued growth.
Your mandate is to contribute to outstanding client satisfaction, ensuring successful project outcomes, fostering long-term client collaborations, and upholding WPP Production's reputation for excellence in the highly regulated pharmaceutical sector.
The Client Partner will primarily sit on-site with the team/clients in Titusville, NJ and/or Horsham, PA. 2-3 days a week onsite required.
Responsibilities:
Project Ownership & Delivery Excellence:
  • Accountability: Own the overall project delivery for a dedicated group of clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related stakeholders, including clients, agency partners and internal team.
  • Planning & Execution: Triage incoming work, develop sound implementation plans, and lead the execution of complex content and production projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Orchestration: Coordinate seamlessly with our offshore production hubs (e.g., primarily in Latin America) and internal teams (e.g., Project Management, Creative, Tech) to ensure efficient workflow, clear priorities, and accurate project timelines and schedules.
  • Quality Assurance: Vigilantly oversee the entire production lifecycle, including creative design, development, regulatory review, and QA, to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant omnichannel assets (digital, print, video, social, etc.).
Client & Agency Partner Relationship Management:
  • Trusted Advisor:Serve as the main communication link with clients and their creative agency partners. This includes regularly attending client meetings and kick-offs, coordinating hand-offs, and providing proactive updates on project considerations, risks, and dependencies.
  • Problem Resolution:Act as a proactive problem-solver, anticipating potential issues with milestones or deliverables and swiftly identifying solutions or escalating as needed to senior management.
  • Partner and Champion:Work to leverage WPP Production capabilities, aligning tactical prioritization and project execution with Client's priorities and strategic marketing goals.
Fiscal Responsibility:
  • Maintain fiscal integrity across all assigned projects, preparing accurate budget updates, managing financial aspects, and contributing to overall account health.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Experience & Industry Acumen:
  • Account & Project Management:A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on, client-facing account and/or project and delivery management experience within advertising or marketing communications.
  • Omnichannel Production:Proven experience managing complex digital projects and other omnichannel campaigns (digital, social, print, video, etc.) from start to finish.
  • Agency Background:Experience working in (preferably large) agencies on significant accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Demonstrated experience working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams (CX, UX, Tech, Creative, PM/AM) across remote offices, including offshore production teams.
  • Financial Acumen:Proven ability to manage project budgets, track fiscal responsibility, and provide accurate financial updates.
  • Availability to travel to the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA Offices on a 2-3 times a week on a hybrid schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pharmaceutical Focus (Desired):Familiarity with the complexities and regulations within pharma marketing content and its production, including an understanding of pharmaceutical review submissions, is a significant plus.
  • Technical Acumen:Good understanding of design, development, and production for omnichannel delivery, including web standards, user-centered design, optimization, and search practices.
  • Software Proficiency:Proficiency in Adobe, MS Office products and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Core Skills & Competencies:
  • Exceptional Communication:Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information, manage expectations, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders (clients, agencies, internal teams).
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail:A highly organized and detail-oriented approach, critical for managing complex production workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive Problem-Solver:A natural inclination to anticipate challenges, identify potential solutions, and navigate project development and production complexities with a sense of urgency and resilience.
  • Collaborative & Ego-less:An open, collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a close-knit team and adapt to evolving processes and unknowns. A willingness to "wear the hats that need wearing" to ensure team success.
