Acting as a trusted advisor and advocate, this role ensures that every engagement delivers measurable value and aligns with the client's priorities. By fostering strong partnerships, anticipating needs, and guiding innovative solutions, the Client Partner drives outcomes that accelerate client success while building a foundation for long-term collaboration.
What You'll Accomplish:
Client Relationship Ownership
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the client, ensuring their priorities and goals guide every decision.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, making it easy for clients to access support and strategic guidance.
  • Proactively strengthen the relationship by delivering value that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Earn and maintain trusted advisor status by providing insights and recommendations that help clients succeed.
  • Lead collaborative planning sessions to align solutions with the client's long-term vision and evolving needs.

Account Growth & Revenue
  • Collaborate with clients to uncover new opportunities that advance their strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Develop long-term growth plans that align Vervint's capabilities with the client's evolving business needs.
  • Introduce innovative solutions across practices (Experience, Cloud, Data, Software, Managed Services) to help clients achieve transformation and efficiency.

Delivery Oversight & Client Success

What You'll Bring:
  • Demonstrated track record of managing large, complex client accounts, achieving revenue growth, and driving client success.
