Job Description
  • Assist with the employment and onboarding processes, including background checks, offer letters and such for custodial technician positions
  • Act as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates to complete onboarding process
  • Review applications for quality and scheduling purposes
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system
  • Provide recruiting support to the HR department.
  • Coordinate, conduct and assist with screening/interviews
  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between employees and Human Resources
  • Enter employee data into applicant tracking system
  • Troubleshoot system issues accordingly

OTHER JOB DUTIES
  • All other tasks as assigned by management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bi-lingual (English-Spanish), is a must.
  • This is an in-office role, 5 days per week 8am-5pm
