Job description

Job Summary:
  • Partner with our Talent Acquisition Team to coordinate aspects of complex recruitment processes such as calendaring, candidate assessments, metrics reporting, and other administrative functions that provide value to the business.
  • Post and manage job listings though our ATS system (Taleo).
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate logistics, and collect feedback in a timely manner.
  • Assist with hiring decisions by conducting debriefing sessions and coordinating offer letters by working with management and HR.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and process efficiency.
  • Assist with the Associate Referral Program, vendor and community partnerships, onboarding/orientation process, internal communication, etc.
  • Perform second layer research on select, niche candidates including background, expertise, contact information, etc.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and functional leadership throughout the process to ensure all recruitment processes are smooth and functional.
  • Promote exceptional client service and a best-in-class candidate experience in all activities.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
  • Keep a pulse on industry events, publications, honors, and awards. Leverage findings to identify high-performers and recommend new strategies.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing or administrative role within HR.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other Human Resource Management software.
  • Adaptable, independent, self-starter, creative, resourceful, organized and naturally curious.
  • Track record for successfully researching, sourcing, and identifying elite talent at all levels.
  • Data-driven and technically savvy with a background leveraging technology, applications, and social channels for sourcing various positions.
