The role often requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with recruiting tools like applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.

What do talent acquisition specialists get paid?

A Talent Acquisition Support specialist typically needs a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Relevant skills include knowledge of recruiting tools and strong communication abilities; certifications like SHRM or AIRS can enhance prospects.

What is the 70 30 rule in hiring?

The 70 30 rule in hiring suggests that recruiters should spend approximately 70% of their time sourcing and engaging candidates, and 30% on screening and interviewing. For Talent Acquisition Support professionals, understanding this balance helps optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
