About The Role
Point Quest Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will contribute their expertise every day to attracting superior education professionals to our teams across the country. In this role, you'll execute recruitment strategies, mentor fellow recruiters, and drive innovative initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline-ensuring we have the passionate professionals needed to make a lasting difference in the lives of students.
As an individual contributor, you'll operate as a trusted advisor to the business -balancing hands-on recruiting execution with thought leadership that shapes how we attract and retain top talent. Success in this role means not only delivering high-quality candidates, but also elevating the overall talent acquisition function through execution, productivity and expertise.
The ideal candidate will be located in Colorado, California or Arizona, and have the ability to work remotely. This role offers a competitive salary as well as performance-based bonuses.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, lead strategic intake sessions, and develop effective, data-driven recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through advanced sourcing methods, proactive outreach, networking, and participation in events like career fairs and university outreach.
  • Craft compelling messaging and manage high volumes of candidate communication to engage top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience through seamless interview logistics.
  • Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using market insights, recruiting metrics, and talent trends to influence hiring decisions.
  • Track recruiting metrics to evaluate performance, report on progress, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Lead and support special initiatives, including employer branding efforts, sourcing strategy development, and recruitment process optimization.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration by sharing best practices with TA teammates and consistently meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.

What You'll Need
  • 2 years' experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex searches and consult with leaders on hiring strategies
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms
  • A growth mindset with motivation to learn, adapt, and drive results
