Job Requirements

With several exciting projects lined up, we're looking for spirited individuals who can step in, take ownership, and lead a few of the key initiatives from the front.

This role is not just about managing delivery, but to truly drive it. You'll work closely with multiple teams, ensure smooth execution, and help us continue building the strong, collaborative culture that our VBU is known for.
The Centre Manager shall be the face of Quest Global, They shall establish and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, work with VAU leadership to identify new work, drive collaboration and governance at all levels. They will be responsible for KPIs & Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets of the Engineering Hub.
What You will Do:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of GEV Nuclear assigned key engagements within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Set Up and Manage Teams in Wilmington NC or Greenville, SC USA.
  • Working collaboratively with client engineering discipline leads, define activities and jointly establish Statement/s of Work.
  • Work with Client Partner | Customer and drive sourcing strategy support talent acquisition process through periodic dialogues
  • Define and conduct governance meetings.
  • Track delivery performance and proactively identify and resolve risks or bottlenecks
  • Mentor and guide team members to build strong delivery capability within the center
  • Bring learnings & operational best practices from other engagements
  • Work collaboratively with the client leadership to ensure goals of partnership are fulfilled, new ideas are discussed and Workstream expansion Plans implemented
  • Workload Management - Workload Planning & scheduling, Resource Management
  • Purchase orders, Time Sheets and Invoice Management
  • Compliance with MSA terms
  • Conduct periodic reviews to improve and grow the business
  • Deliver KPIs and Governance Plans
  • Manage communication across stakeholders - Customers, Quest Global Leadership, Technical Leaders
  • Manage expectations across business and technical teams
  • Drive collaboration across onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with DP , CP & other VAU,VBU leadership
  • What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nuclear, Mechanical Engineering is essential.
  • Typically requires 12 to 15+ years of experience in Nuclear | Plant | Accessories Engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Good to have a basic knowledge of nuclear systems, GT and Plant Accessories
  • Good exposure to the regulatory landscape and site license conditions relevant to nuclear facilities.
  • Plan the manpower requirement for the Centre and participate in recruitment activities in co-ordination with HR.
  • Co-ordinate the different programs under the Centre, monitor delivery of projects as per schedule and ensure on time delivery of projects to the client
  • Manage and extend existing customer relationships to acquire new projects for the Centre
  • Ensure operational efficiency and optimum resource utilization in the delivery of projects and monitor yield and utilization regularly.
  • Good Communication skills - Makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
  • Ability to handle discussions / communications independently
  • Works in a Collaborative environment.

Pay Range:
$120000-$150000yr
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship/Green Card is required
