Job description

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and maintain various types of instruments and control systems
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation equipment and systems
- Fabricate and assemble instrument components as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to detect any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of instruments
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
- Strong knowledge of distributed control systems (DCS) and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software for creating and modifying instrument drawings
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills to detect and resolve instrument issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Knowledge of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines are a plus
- Experience as an industrial electrician is required
