Talent Acquisition Associate

About DelRicht Research

DelRicht Research is one of the fastest-growing independent clinical research site networks in the United States. We help move medicine forward by partnering with pharmaceutical companies to evaluate new medications through outpatient clinical trials. Our research spans general medicine, obesity and weight management, diabetes, dermatology, cardiology and psychiatry. 

The Opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition team builds the high-performing teams that fuel DelRicht's growth. As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll own a portfolio of assigned searches from intake through onboarding, partner closely with hiring managers and build proactive talent pipelines that support our continued expansion.

Success in this role comes from balancing speed, quality and communication while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring every search moves forward with urgency and discipline.

What You'll Do

Own Assigned Searches

  • Lead intake meetings, establishing clear expectations from the beginning of every search.
  • Proactively source candidates across multiple channels instead of relying solely on inbound applicants.
  • Build talent pools for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Screen and present qualified candidate slates while maintaining a high hiring bar.
  • Facilitate competency-based interviews and support evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Evaluate sourcing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on hiring results and market feedback.
  • Maintain momentum from sourcing through onboarding.
  • Identify hiring risks early and recommend solutions before timelines are impacted.

Partner With Hiring Managers

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers through consistent and proactive communication and reliable execution.
  • Share market insights, candidate feedback and recruiting best practices throughout the hiring process. 
  • Challenge unrealistic expectations when appropriate and align hiring decisions with market realities and business needs.
  • Hold hiring managers accountable for interview feedback, timely decisions and adherence to DelRicht's hiring process.

Drive Process Excellence

  • Maintain accurate hiring data in Greenhouse.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates move efficiently through the process.
  • Leverage recruiting technology to improve efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  • Deliver a professional candidate experience from application through onboarding.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
  • Experience using a next generation ATS, AI Recruiting Tools, common job boards and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Thinks critically, solves problems independently and recognizes when to seek guidance before taking action.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in Metairie, LA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting healthcare or clinical research professionals.
  • Experience working in a data driven organization.
  • Experience with competency-based interviewing.
