Talent Acquisition Associate

Location:

RemoteContract: Up to 6 MonthsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to support a high-volume recruiting team. This is a fully remote opportunity focused primarily on recruiting for hourly positions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple candidates and recruiting activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities for high-volume hiring needs, primarily hourly positions.

  • Source candidates through the ATS, warm candidate pools, job boards, and other external recruiting resources.

  • Review and screen applicants in a timely manner.

  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews with qualified candidates.

  • Identify qualified candidates and present them for hiring consideration.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams.

  • Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with tracking candidate activity and ensuring recruiting processes stay organized.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work positively and responsively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with an ATS or recruiting systems is a plus.

Remote Work Requirement

This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states:

Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, or Florida.
