What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to execute full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Maintain recruiting systems, job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruiting data to ensure accurate reporting, timely communication, and an efficient hiring process.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, coordinating interviews and travel logistics as needed, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate recruiting events and career fairs, assist with candidate outreach and engagement, and support the processing of offers, promotions, and transfers through accurate and timely documentation.
  • Manage proactive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking initiatives to help build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Work alongside HR team to support overall people initiatives and contribute to a collaborative, service-oriented experience for candidates, employees, and hiring managers.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years' experience in HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and MS Office Suite for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to travel for recruiting events.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
