As Kalologie enters an exciting period of national expansion across our three concepts, we are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build the teams that will support our next stage of growth. This individual will take ownership of recruiting across multiple markets, helping us consistently identify, engage, and advance exceptional talent as our footprint continues to expand.
This is a part-time, fully remote position with significant opportunity to grow into a full-time Talent Acquisition role as the organization expands.

  • Review and evaluate applicants for experience, professionalism, availability, and overall fit
  • Conduct initial candidate screening interviews
  • Determine which candidates should advance in the interview process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within Hireology
  • Coordinate final interviews with the appropriate member of operations or clinical leadership
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Promptly and professionally communicate hiring decisions to candidates who are not selected
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of strong previous candidates who may be appropriate for future openings
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches across different locations and time zones
  • Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and candidate activity during weekly operations meetings
  • Partner with HR, Operations Management, and Clinical Operations to understand evolving staffing needs
  • Help improve recruiting processes as Kalologie continues to scale
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous professional recruiting or talent acquisition experience required
  • Experience recruiting across multiple locations, markets, or business units strongly preferred
  • Healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, or clinical recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Hireology experience preferred
  • Comfortable conducting screening interviews and evaluating candidate quality
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and capable of creating momentum without constant oversight
