Position: TALEO Talent Acquisition Cloud Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA (Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled TALEO Talent Acquisition Cloud Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support and enhance enterprise TA platforms.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience across Oracle Taleo modules and modern recruiting technologies, contributing to both implementation support and ongoing optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical expertise in Taleo Recruiting, Taleo Onboarding, TCC, and Eightfold Recruiting
  • Support post-implementation activities, enhancements, and system optimizations
  • Handle data mapping, integrations, and troubleshooting across TA systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with business and technical teams

Must-Have Skills:

  • Oracle Taleo (Recruiting & Onboarding)
  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
