Position Overview:
As a Medical Recruiting Professional at MLee Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and nurturing top talent while ensuring the smooth functioning of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate records. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates and our recruitment team, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to facilitate successful staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Implement and refine sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through regular communication and meetings, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • ATS/CRM Management: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the ATS/CRM by regularly updating client and candidate information.
  • Recruitment Process Coordination: Collaborate with the Recruitment team to understand current open positions and talent requirements for clients.
