Job Details for the Recruiting Coordinator:
Location: Blakely, PA
Setting: In-office
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Interim HealthCare is seeking an organized and motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring and on-boarding efforts. This entry-level position helps create a positive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, assisting with on-boarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting the recruitment process.
Responsibilities for the Recruiting Coordinator:- Sort applications and schedule phone interviews
- Pre-Hire: Process references, employment verification, background checks, and I-9s
- Prepare offer letters and on-boarding packets
- Post-Hire: Follow up on missing candidate documentation
- Support recruiting events and hiring initiatives
- Assist with general employee inquiries and HR-related tasks
Minimum Requirements for the Recruiting Coordinator:- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong communication and organizational skills; required
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
