Job description

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization and plays a key role in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role serves as an organizational hub for the recruiting team, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The Recruiting Coordinator collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and external candidates, communicates clearly and professionally, and adapts quickly to changing priorities. This position is ideal for someone who wants to broaden their experience and contribute to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.
  • Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, ensuring accuracy and confirming new hires in a timely manner.
  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status through phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
  • Track recruiting activities and compile candidate status updates into a clear weekly report for the recruiting team and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to participants.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the candidate experience and enhance scheduling efficiency across the recruiting process.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the overall recruiting function.

Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination role.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience supporting processes, documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple calendars in a professional setting.

Pay and Benefits
