Job description

Position Summary:

Client is seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team at their Reston, VA Headquarters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and hiring highly qualified IT professionals for Federal, State & Local Government (SLED), Commercial, and Healthcare clients across the United States. This role requires excellent sourcing skills, strong technical understanding, outstanding communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, indeed, Clearance Jobs, referrals, networking, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and compensation expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate compensation and employment terms.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Education and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Level – Associate’s Degree
  • Management Experience Not Required
  • Security Clearance Not Required
  • 100% Onsite – Monday through Friday
