Temporary, On-site Recruiter Opportunity in Chantilly
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $50,000 - $52,500.
The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, for full-time, benefit eligible positions we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance as well as 401K with company match.
Cape Fox Shared Services is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiter to source and recruit for high-volume staffing requirements in support of a government customer. Anticipated duration for this temporary role is 3 months although the role may offer a longer duration.
The Recruiter will be based Monday - Friday in our beautiful Chantilly office. The Recruiter will collaborate with other members of the Recruiting team plus HR and Operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a federal government contractor. A quick learner with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail possesses a good foundation to be successful in this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Source and recruit candidates for high, volume, quick turnaround government contract
Accurately represent Cape Fox Corporation and its subsidiaries
Provide accurate information to candidates, HR, and Operations to facilitate candidate approval and hiring process
Make timely updates in Applicant Tracking System and Recruiting Reports
Travel Requirements

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
One to two years of successful recruiting experience is preferred
Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results.
Flexible work hours may be required to meet deliverables.
Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with minimal oversight.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
