Job description

Mission Recruiting is conducting a confidential search for a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join a growing litigation practice in Los Angeles.

This opportunity is designed for an attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience seeking increased responsibility in a collaborative, trial-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution while working alongside experienced trial attorneys who value mentorship and professional development.

The practice represents clients across a wide range of industries, including entertainment, sports and recreation, healthcare, transportation, construction, government entities, and general liability matters. Attorneys have the opportunity to work on sophisticated and often high-profile litigation while gaining meaningful courtroom experience in a practice that actively prepares cases for trial.

The ideal candidate has prior insurance defense experience and understands carrier reporting requirements and electronic billing systems. Attorneys who can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues will thrive in this environment.

Compensation
