Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute organization-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead recruitment initiatives to attract top talent and address critical hiring needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Services, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or workforce planning
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment analytics, and workforce reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational initiatives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between office locations and recruitment events as needed
