As an Administrative Assistant / Recruiting Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruiting team and ensuring candidates have a positive experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Post and manage job advertisements across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms.
  • Contact candidates by phone to discuss opportunities and conduct initial screenings.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within our applicant tracking system.
  • Support recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with recruiters and sales staff to help fill direct hire positions in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Distribution.
