Friendly Dental Group is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Assistant / Recruiter to join our team. This role will support recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and day-to-day HR administrative needs.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with candidates, employees, and management. Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience is preferred.
What Youll Do

  • Manage job board postings and candidate responses
  • Source, screen, and follow up with potential candidates by phone and email
  • Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and collecting required documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain job descriptions and job posting content
  • Help define hiring criteria and support the hiring process for open positions
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contact information, payroll-related details, time off, performance documentation, and other HR records
  • Support the HR department with paperwork, documentation, audits, and filing
  • Answer employee questions regarding basic HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee records and HR matters
