Associate Recruiter needs 1-2 years talent acquisition experience

Associate Recruiter requires:

Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Talent acquisition experience required

Campus recruiting

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for positions in numerous disciplines strongly preferred.

Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.

Work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.

Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.

Associate Recruiter Duties

Manage, and maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional ad hoc reports that are requested.

Facilitate new hire orientations while providing high quality on-boarding experiences

Coordinate the internal recruitment process for as needed to ensure internal candidates receive a first-in-class experience.

Support various ad hoc projects and initiatives.
