The Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical design and a passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions. This role involves leading Electrical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Design: Lead the design and development of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including commercial, institutional, and residential. Utilize your extensive experience to create cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and integrated project delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • On-Site Expertise: Conduct comprehensive site inspections and provide expert technical support throughout the construction phases. Your seasoned insights will ensure projects are executed flawlessly.
  • Technical Excellence: Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports to ensure the highest quality standards. Your meticulous attention to detail will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards. Your deep understanding of regulatory requirements will safeguard project compliance.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Your strategic planning and organizational skills will drive project success.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth. Your experience will be invaluable in developing the next generation of engineering talent.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the MEP industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. Advanced knowledge of other industry-standard tools and technologies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle challenging engineering problems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a knack for leading cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
