We are looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our team at NextEra Energy. In this role, you will manage large-scale recruitment efforts and make outbound calls to identify and attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have a successful history in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Job Overview
Employees in this job support hiring success by reliably executing foundational recruiting tasks and contributing to team effectiveness through organization, consistency, and candidate care. This role handles core recruitment activities with guidance and ensures smooth processes that positively impact the candidate and stakeholder experience.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supports full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles under guidance
  • Assists hiring managers by coordinating interviews and communicating basic role requirements
  • Sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
  • Conducts initial candidate screening and schedules interviews
  • Maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensures candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience
  • Sources talent broadly and supports hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
  • Posts jobs and assists with employer branding on social platforms
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
