ABOUT THE ROLE

Search Services is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to provide recruiting and human resources support while developing hands-on experience in talent acquisition.

This role is ideal for someone with previous office experience, exposure to HR, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow within the recruiting field. You will support a variety of recruiting and administrative functions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, database management, reporting, and correspondence.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruiting channels
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and alignment with position requirements and organizational values
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while helping provide a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruiting information is accurate and up to date
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other recruiting and HR-related documentation
  • Gather data, compile information, and assist with preparing reports
  • Provide administrative support across recruiting and human resources functions
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to improve processes and support an efficient recruiting environment
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and candidate-focused recruiting experience


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • 1-3+ years of office experience
  • Previous exposure to human resources
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with a variety of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Articulate and polished presentation and communication abilities
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Highly confident and motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
  • Passion for talent acquisition with a strong desire to learn and grow within the field
