About the Role

The Associate Recruiter plays a key role in shaping and strengthening Crexi's culture and success by identifying candidates who align with the company's mission. This position contributes to the Crexi's revenue growth goals and collaborates closely with Intelligence and Pro hiring managers to find the best talent for revenue-focused roles.

What You'll Do: 
  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition, People teams, and hiring managers to attract, source, and hire stellar candidates.
  • Meets with and works closely with the hiring managers to get insight on their recruiting needs and obtain feedback on candidates.
  • Provides an organized, comprehensive, and overall incredible candidate interviewing experience.
  • Uses LinkedIn and other tools to proactively engage passive and active candidates.
  • Sources, screens, and coordinates interviews between the candidate and hiring team.
  • Helps track recruiting funnel metrics.
  • Completes and submits candidate interviews via Greenhouse and reminds hiring team to complete notes as well in a timely manner.
  • Attends recruiting events to meet and engage candidates.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-2  years of experience successfully recruiting, agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and any modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, TalentHub, etc.).

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in our Playa Vista, California location is $75,000 to $100,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc ("Crexi") is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
