As a fast-growing agency, Mirae Management is looking to hire a Talent Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to break into the world of influencer marketing, talent management, and brand partnerships.


About the Role

As a Talent Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Mirae Managementโ€™s roster of talent across brand campaigns, outreach, reporting, and day-to-day talent operations.

You will assist with campaign execution, help pitch talent to new brand partners, manage back-office tasks, and support the Founder in keeping projects organized and moving forward. This is a unique opportunity to be employee number two at a growing agency, meaning you will gain hands-on exposure across many parts of the business and have the chance to grow alongside the company.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media, creators, fashion, beauty, and digital culture.


Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of brand campaigns for Mirae Managementโ€™s roster of talent
  • Assist with day-to-day communication between talent, brands, and agency partners
  • Help prepare talent pitches, media kits, brand outreach lists, and partnership materials
  • Track campaign deliverables, timelines, posting dates, approvals, and reporting needs
  • Assist with influencer marketing campaign reporting, including collecting insights, screenshots, links, and performance metrics
  • Help manage back-office tasks, including organization of contracts, invoices, deliverables, and campaign documents
  • Conduct research on brands, trends, creators, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Support the Founder with scheduling, follow-ups, inbox organization, and general administrative tasks
  • Bring fresh ideas to help improve agency processes, talent support, and brand outreach


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 0โ€“2 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, talent management, PR, marketing, or a related field
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and priorities at once
