Job description

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional in Talent Development to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development strives for impactful business outcomes, empowers employees, and supports Adobe's digital innovation.

In this role, your primary responsibility involves improving the efficiency and impact of our people leaders at Adobe. We have a unique opportunity to build the agenda globally; developing and delivering transformative, world-class leadership experiences, that drive impactful change at scale.

Key focus areas include:
  • Leading cross-functional, global programs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Using instructional design expertise to develop high quality learning experiences
  • Building trust and working relationships with senior-level business leaders
  • Working collaboratively across functions, and building alignment and agreement for key initiatives
  • Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy to determine impact

You will work closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Talent Management, Data and Insights, and Employee Communications teams to drive business impact. We use thought leadership, innovation and influence to develop solutions that solve real business problems and build undeniable business value.

What you'll do
  • Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings.
  • Incorporate a strong understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with key customers, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform build and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with Employee Experience and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and how they translate into our leader development strategy
  • Design and facilitate meetings, programs, and offsites for business teams as required
What you need to succeed
  • Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness. Including but not limited to; behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coaching
  • Understanding of external trends in leadership development
  • Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of a global company, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated track record of impactful talent management/learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment
  • Human capital or consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leaders
  • Strong great teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast -paced environment
  • Strong global business and financial foresight
  • Travel may be required up to 25% of the time
  • Requires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership with a Bachelor's or advanced degree

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $251,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $173,900 - $251,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
