You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. Your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, candidate generation and pipelining, client relationships, and presenting offers.In this role, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in recruitment.
