Pridestaff on behalf of a client located in Hollywood is seeking an energetic and personable Recruiting Assistant to join their team! You will be responsible for providing hiring support to the HR Dept. Please apply today if you meet the qualifications!


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Compile reports from personnel databases
  • Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants
  • Use the telephone to reach out to potential candidates 
  • Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face inquiries
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications for interviews
  • Process new hire paperwork
  • Responsible for job postings


Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
