Workforce Transformation Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Workforce Transformation Analyst, you'll help clients close the gap between the current talent management state and their strategic goals. Leveraging your experience or degree in human capital, industrial organizational psychology, or business, you'll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges and implement solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will work with a high-performing team to develop innovative, data-driven talent strategies to quickly shape positive organizational change and drive progress for our client's dynamic needs.
What You'll Work On:
  • Support strategic planning and process improvement efforts using change management principles to align talent, capabilities, and business operations.
  • Perform data analysis and visualization, using data insights to brief compelling stories.
  • Identify workforce learning needs, develop applicable sessions, and support continued employee development through mentoring and upskilling initiatives.
  • Design and deliver people-centered initiatives to improve employee engagement, sustainment, recognition, communication, and knowledge management practices.
  • Work independently to create visually appealing, data-centric client deliverables and clear, informative workforce communications.

You Have:
  • 1+ years of experience with strategic human capital, workforce development, or federal consulting
  • Experience designing and administering surveys
  • Ability to produce clear and compelling written content
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an Industrial-Organizational Psychology field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
