Workday Analyst
  • Compensation: $90,000-$110,000 base salary
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance
  • Location: Arlington Heights, IL
  • Work Model: Hybrid, onsite two days per week

This Workday Analyst will drive improvements across Finance operations, strengthen data integrity and help shape the future of Workday functionality within a collaborative, innovative environment.

What's the job?
  • Configure and administer Workday solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Build and enhance system functionality to support Finance operations
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across platforms
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Deliver reporting and audit support for Finance and operational teams
  • Assist with enterprise system integrations and ongoing monitoring
  • Participate in testing efforts tied to upgrades and new releases
  • Support user adoption initiatives and documentation efforts
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures and configuration records
