We are seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert for the ATLAS program—our large-scale initiative modernizing workforce management for 55,000+ employees across the US and Canada. Candidate will act as both a System Administrator and a Data Engineer, responsible for technical configuration of the timekeeping platform and ensuring data integrity across integrations with Payroll, HR, and Finance systems. While we utilizes WorkForce Software (WFS), we are looking for a highly technical resource with strong enterprise WFM and integration experience who can design complex labor rules and manage large-scale data pipelines. 

Key Responsibilities

  • System configuration for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management modules 
  • Design and maintain ETL pipelines and API integrations (REST/SOAP) 
  • Translate union contracts, labor laws, and work rules into system logic 
  • Manage platform governance, security roles, upgrades, and environment stability 
  • Build SQL-based reports and perform advanced data analysis

Primary Skills Required

  • Enterprise WFM configuration experience (WFS preferred, UKG/Kronos, Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors) 
  • Advanced SQL and ETL development experience 
  • API / data integration experience (REST, SOAP, XML, flat files) 
  • Strong technical/business requirements translation skills 
  • Agile / Jira experience 

Experience Required 

  • 10+ years IT experience in large-scale enterprise environments 
  • Hands-on WFM configuration for 10,000+ employee environments 
  • HR/Payroll data integration and system support experience 
  • Experience with union work rules and manufacturing environments 
  • Familiarity with US/Canadian labor regulations (FLSA, provincial laws) 

Preferred Experience

  • WorkForce Software (WFS) hands-on experience 
  • Cloud data tools (GCP, BigQuery, etc.) 
  • Automotive or industrial manufacturing experience

Skills Required

  • SQL, Python, SaaS

Education Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
