Job Title: Kronos Implementation Consultant
Work Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin (Onsite - 5 days a week from office)

Job Description:
• Kronos Workforce Management, Workday, Enablon especially in configuration of Timekeeping and Advance Scheduling, Absence Manager, Reporting must be hands-on.
• Kronos Workforce Management expertise including configuration, interfaces, UI, user experience
• Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite version 7.0/8.X versions and higher.
• Experience in configuring Kronos Workforce Timekeeper latest versions preferable-version 7.0 and above
• Experience in implementing and configuring Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules, Activity Management
• Ability to configure WDM Kronos clocks (4500 and InTouch terminals).
• Experience in WIM , modifying the existing interfaces and ability to develop new interfaces.
• Understand and translate business requirements into detailed, comprehensive technical solutions
• This role requires complete domain expertise of Kronos Workforce Central suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative skills to interact with business users and client management.
