UKG Dimensions Functional Lead
Experience: 5–7 Years
Location: Remote
Hours: Must have a few hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time (ET)
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management) Consultant who combines strong hands-on application expertise with project management capabilities. This is not a pure Project Manager role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leading projects and stakeholder discussions while remaining hands-on with UKG Dimensions configuration, solution design, enhancements and testing.
The role supports a large enterprise environment with Oracle HCM/Payroll and UKG integrations.
Responsibilities
•Lead UKG Dimensions enhancement and design-change initiatives from requirements through deployment.
•Work hands-on with UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM configuration and solution design.
•Support areas such as Timekeeping, Time & Attendance, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and Accruals.
•Lead requirements and design discussions with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders.
•Manage project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks and cross-functional teams.
•Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression and payroll testing.
•Troubleshoot functional/configuration issues and recommend solutions.
•Work with technical teams supporting integrations between UKG, Oracle HCM/Payroll and other enterprise systems.
Required Skills
•5–7 years of UKG/Kronos experience, with strong UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro WFM experience.
•Hands-on configuration and functional expertise in UKG Dimensions.
•Strong knowledge of Timekeeping, Pay Rules, Work Rules, Scheduling and/or Accruals.
•Experience leading UKG implementations, enhancements or major design changes.
•Ability to combine hands-on functional work with project management.
•Strong understanding of workforce management and payroll processes.
•Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing and deployment.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Ability to work several hours overlapping with U.S. Eastern Time.
Preferred
•Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Payroll exposure.
•UKG integration experience.
•Experience in large global enterprise environments.
•Payroll testing/reconciliation experience.
