Job Summary (Lead Consultant โ€“ Workforce Management Software Consultant, Dallas, TX):
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, specifically ADP Workforce Management.
- Analyze business requirements and design WFM solutions to align with organizational HR and payroll goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of WFM with SAP HCM (Time Management, Payroll) and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Design and manage both real-time and batch integrations between ADP WFM, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors.
- Work with APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP integration suite, Dell Boomi), and file-based interfaces for integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data consistency across HR and payroll systems.
- Configure WFM modules including scheduling, time tracking, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
- Support time evaluation and payroll integration within SAP.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in WFM processes, integration, and compliance.
