- Compensation Strategy, Processes & Governance: Own and continuously enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles, ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and consistency across regions while acting as a senior advisor on complex compensation topics.
- Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and drive the development of fair, transparent pay structures in close collaboration with regional HR, Legal, and Finance.
- SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation Focus): Own and optimize the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and related EC structures, ensuring system readiness, high data quality, and continuous improvements in collaboration with IT and HR teams.
- Benefits & HR Projects: Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (e.g. mobility, allowances), ensuring alignment with total rewards strategy and supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Partner with global and local stakeholders to align on compensation topics, drive decision-making, and deliver clear, structured communication while handling sensitive matters with discretion.
- Several (at least 6-8) years of experience in HR, with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in a global or regional role.
- Proven experience in managing or significantly contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
- Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modules.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Clear, structured, and confident communication style.
- Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance operational and strategic work.
- Business fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
