Job Title: SAP Successfactors COMP Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 8+ Months
Job Description:
  • Should be Certified in SuccessFactors Compensation Associate and should hold ACTIVE certification.
  • Experience in PMGM & Succession is plus.
  • Certification in Succession and Career development Planning will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 end to end implementation experience in SuccessFactors COMP
  • Lead and manage Performance/Succession and Compensation workstream to contribute to the overall project success
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management including Calibration, 360, Continuous Performance management and calibration and good knowledge in CDP and Succession Planning including career worksheet, LMS-CDP integration, Career development planning and Reports.
  • Understanding of business processes related to Core HR
  • The candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a proactive review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint
  • Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT
  • Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition
  • 3-6 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors PMGM Succession and/or Compensation modules
  • Configuration and strong technical knowledge for PMGM, SPCDP
  • Integration experience with other SuccessFactors Modules
  • Integration experience with SAP EC & other modules
  • Experience with story Reports is plus.
  • Knowledge on other SuccessFactors modules is plus.
  • 10+ Years experience require.
