Required Skills:
  • At least 2 years of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors compensation implementation experience or support experience
  • A minimum of 3 full cycle SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation project implementations
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
  • University degree in computer science, business information technology, mathematics, physics, engineering or equivalent
  • Ability to drill down into technical issues and solve complex and detailed problems
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise presentations and present complex information in a clear and precise manner
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customers and work abroad
  • Strong SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Compensation know how
  • Good at logical thinking and problem solving.
  • Good communication in both business language;
  • Good at communication in English language is required
  • Understanding of business processes and SAP HCM/SF functions are the good points.
