Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants for a 3-month Federal Remote Project.
Title:
SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants for DoD Prototype
Location: Remote (Must be based in US) + Potential Travel to DC Area
Duration: 2+ months - 40 Hours Per Week
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
We are seeking SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultants to support a Department of Defense (DoD) prototype initiative evaluating next-generation HCM capabilities. These are hands-on configuration roles supporting prototype use cases across the full employee lifecycle.
Consultants will work within a small team to configure, test, and demonstrate SuccessFactors functionality. Configuration activities are expected to represent the majority of the work effort (up to 80%), and prototype scenarios may include SAP S/4HANA Payroll-related use cases.
Description:
  • Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules across the employee lifecycle.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Manage system administration, role-based permissions, workflows, notifications, and reporting.
  • Support talent management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, compensation, learning, and succession processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and system enhancements.
  • Conduct testing, training, troubleshooting, and end-user support activities.

Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience
  • Experience supporting HCM business processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
