Job Summary
The SuccessFactors Consultant will support the IT HR domain with a primary focus on the SuccessFactors SaaS platform, including the Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into system configurations and technical solutions. The consultant will support U.S.-based activities while collaborating with global teams to deliver and maintain HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the SuccessFactors Benefits module within the United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding application requirements and solution design.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical configurations and system solutions.
• Configure and parameterize SuccessFactors modules to meet business and operational requirements.
• Support application maintenance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate application changes and enhancements while ensuring system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders to develop and support HR applications.
• Partner with global teams to support application development, implementation, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Organize and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to promote collaboration and team development.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment activities related to SuccessFactors enhancements and implementations.
• Ensure solutions align with organizational standards, business objectives, and HR process requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant supporting HR technology solutions.
• Extensive experience with the SuccessFactors Benefits module.
• Experience configuring onboarding plans, workflows, business rules, customizations, and Role-Based Permissions (RBPs).
• Strong knowledge of the SuccessFactors Employee Central HRIS module.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations and system solutions.
• Experience supporting application management, configuration, and maintenance activities.
• Experience leading workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and SaaS-based HR platforms.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with global teams and supporting international business operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
