Senior SAP SuccessFactors time and attendance Consultant
Remote with limited travel to Florida

Position Summary
The Senior Consultant will have extensive hands-on implementation experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance. Must have the ability to guide and direct both an internal team and a client to successfully deploy the desired SuccessFactors solution. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for documenting business processes, configuration of system, ensuring integration with Payroll, and have extensive knowledge of Time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Consultants must be able to drive the solutioning, configuration, and rollout of SuccessFactors by our clients.
  • Meet with clients to determine business and system requirements and define project scope.
  • Liaise with staff at all levels of a client organization.
  • Extensive experience setting up Time Evaluation, Time Types, Time Rules, Time Workflows, and Time Off.
  • Extensive experience integrating with both Employee Central Payroll and Employee Central
  • Present solutions in written or oral reports.
  • Provide support for business development, and where appropriate, maintaining contact with client organizations.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide independent, relevant and objective advice on the use of the product.
  • Develop client solutions and implement new systems; design, test, configure and monitor systems.
  • Identify training needs and organize training for users and team members.
  • Execute training and educate clients on the proper use of the functionality.
  • Prepare documentation and training aides; present and conduct training.
  • Prepare and lead user acceptance testing as it relates to system design.
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to clients and management.
  • Able to multi-task and complete project tasks as assigned, oftentimes for multiple clients.
  • Able to meet deliverables in the agreed upon timeframe.
  • Able to think outside the box and utilize this information to craft comprehensive solutions for our clients.
  • Understand upstream and downstream impacts to solutions; including technical and functional integration requirements.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, including RFP response preparation, orals presentation support, demonstrations of functionality, and general discussions with clients on functionality capabilities and system design.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Must have SuccessFactors Employee Central and SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Certifications
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; the ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of functional and technical xperience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and tactful way with senior management, clients, peers and team members.
  • Highly creative person with a sense of responsibility who is skilled in developing unique solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative and overcome obstacles to exceed a client's expectations.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Minimum five (5) years of consulting experience at a similar organization and interfacing with client.
  • Minimum of three (3) end to end Time Implementations
  • Current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in the following:
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time and Attendance certification
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Must provide CREDLY certifications with the application.
