SuccessFactors Consultant | Greensboro, North Carolina, United States Job Summary: SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Greensboro, NC (Onsite, Hybrid, or Remote) Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension) About the Role Join a dynamic IT HR team as a SuccessFactors Consultant, where you'll play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing leading-edge SuccessFactors modules for a diverse, global workforce. This position offers direct collaboration with business stakeholders, exposure to international HR practices, and opportunities to drive impactful SaaS solutions. Work flexibly-onsite, hybrid, or remote-to deliver innovative HR technologies and enhance user experiences. Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of the SuccessFactors Benefits module for U.S. and global teams - Serve as the primary liaison for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable technical solutions - Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including onboarding plans, workflows, business rules, and Role-Based Permissions (RBPs) - Facilitate application maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution to ensure seamless operations - Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and global IT teams for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing - Organize and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to foster a collaborative, skill-building environment - Support the integration and configuration of Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules Required Skills and Experience - Extensive hands-on experience with the SuccessFactors Benefits module, including configuration, customization, and workflow management - Proficient in Employee Central HRIS; working knowledge of Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules - Demonstrated ability to transform business needs into system configurations and technical solutions - Proven experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder relationships - Strong understanding of HR processes in a SaaS environment - Effective communicator with a collaborative, global mindset Preferred Skills - Prior experience in multi-country SuccessFactors deployments - Exposure to additional SuccessFactors modules or integrations - Experience with knowledge transfer and training initiatives Benefits - Flexible work arrangements: onsite, hybrid, or remote - Opportunity to work on high-impact, global HR technology projects - Collaborative, growth-focused environment with cross-functional teams - Professional development through knowledge sharing and international exposure How to Apply Ready to lead SuccessFactors innovation and elevate your consulting career?
